This phenomenon often occurs in tropical and subtropical regions, having a big influence on weather patterns. One of the main impacts of typhoons is an increase in sea surface temperatures. As a hurricane rotates, it transfers heat from the ocean to the atmosphere, which can then cause phenomena such as El Ni\u00f1o. These temperature changes affect rainfall patterns in different parts of the world, creating dry conditions in certain areas and flooding in others. A clear example is typhoon Haiyan that hit the Philippines in 2013, which caused huge waves and heavy rain, resulting in devastation. Typhoons also contribute to climate change through the release of greenhouse gases. Because healthy ecosystems are able to absorb the impact of storm waves, protecting densely populated residential areas. Investments in disaster-resistant infrastructure and public education are also crucial. A high level of awareness can encourage appropriate action during an emergency. Overall, the relationship between international hurricanes and climate change is complex, requiring more attention to understand the dynamics at play.
